For nearly eight years, I’ve been trying to make heads or tails out of what Bill Clinton could have meant when he said we were “defending our way of life” by bombing the Westernized, Christian Serbs on behalf of tribalistic, blood-code-following, clan-oriented, sans-rule-of-law Kosovo Albanians.

I think I’ll give that vegetarian thing another shot. But in the meantime, note that aside from the Balkan states that Muslims are taking over, there are zero European countries named. Indicating movement in a direction in which North America has more in common with Albania, Uganda, Afghanistan, Sudan, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Bosnia, Cambodia, Chechnia, Somalia, Pakistan, Lebanon, Indonesia, Iraq, “Palestine” and “Kosova.” Note the Islamic/Clintonite spelling used for that last one. Under Saddam Hussein’s rule, his feared Fedayeen militia carried out similar acts, and in one instance were videoed hunting a fox and then tearing it apart with their teeth.

A few years ago, veteran New York detectives were horrified by a video of what they described as the worst case of animal cruelty they’d ever encountered in their careers. In a tribal ritual at a family gathering in one of the outer boroughs, rabbits screamed as they were being skinned alive and a miniature Doberman was being goaded into ravaging a rabbit backed into a corner. As the rest of the world continues to infiltrate America physically, culturally and ideologically, not only will the detectives cease to be horrified by such “customs,” but the customs will become legal. Every new year brings us closer to the standards-free “globalism” that we’ve embraced. Our “globalism”, of course, being code for getting us to promote others’ tribalism. As it is, we’ve already been justifying child sacrifice for years in the form of tolerating suicide bombing as political expression based on “desperation.”

It would seem that Mel Gibson’s movie about the Mayans is very timely for our era. Based on our current realities and new direction, there’s really nothing for us to wrinkle our noses at with regard to Aztec and Mayan cultures. On the bright side, “Animal sacrifices maim 1,400 in Turkey“:

ANKARA, Turkey (AP) - Over a thousand Turks spent the first day of the Muslim feast of Eid al-Adha in emergency wards on Sunday after stabbing themselves or suffering other injuries while sacrificing startled animals…

Four people were severely injured, crushed under the weight of large animals that fell on top of them, the agency reported. Another person was hurt when a crane used to lift an animal tumbled onto him, the agency said. Three other people suffered heart attacks and died while trying to restrain animals, CNN-Turk television reported. Muslims sacrifice cows, sheep, goats and bulls during the four-day religious holiday…

Turkish authorities have introduced fines for those who slaughter animals outside facilities set up by local municipalities, but many Turks ignored the rules and sacrificed animals in their backyards or on roadsides.

Niiiiiiice! Future of Main Street, USA?

Given the choice between slaughtering animals themselves or not, most Americans will choose not to. Because our society is the opposite of bloodthirsty. There’s just something disturbing in the eagerness to run out — despite, for example, the Turkish government’s restrictions — to meet and kill an animal before eating it. As psychologists and police investigators know, serial killers often get their start by mutilating and/or killing animals. Who’s to say terrorists don’t as well?
